Tsinandali

The top-quality dry white wine under the controlled designation of origin is made by classic technology from grapes of the Rkatsiteli and Green Kakhuri (up to 15%) grape varieties, grown in the Tsinandali microzone in the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia. The wine is characterized by a light straw-gold color, a diverse bouquet, intense tones of lively fruits, bright acidity, and refined, rich, pleasant, and long-lasting strong aromas. It is recommended to be served with light salads, grilled mushrooms, seafood, chicken salads, light cheeses, nutty crackers, and fruit. It is also nice as an aperitif at 8°C-12°C.

Rkatsiteli

An excellent amber dry wine is made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Eastern Georgia using traditional Kakhuri technology, i.e., alcoholic fermentation occurs in contact with chacha and frequently full stalk, and the wine remains in contact with chacha for several months after fermentation until spring. “Rkatsiteli” wine is distinguished by its amber color, strong tannins, aroma, full-bodied, balanced acidity, pleasant scent of dry grass, dry fruits, and honey tones that improve and intensify with age. It goes well with fatty foods, Guda Cheese, bitter, spicy, garlicky dishes, boiled meat, barbecue, Satsivi. The optimal temperature for serving wine is 16 °C – 18 °C.

Pirosmani, White

Semi-dry white table wine is obtained from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Eastern Georgia. “Pirosmani” white wine is characterized by a light straw color, delicate aromas of fruits, citrus, and floral tones. The taste is a little sweet, rather cheerful, aromatic, and long-lasting. It has a subtle and balanced flavor. It goes well with fruits, fruit salads, light cakes, pumpkin, nuts, and almonds; it is also good as an aperitif. The optimal temperature for serving wine is 10 °C to 12 °C.

Alazani Valley, White

Semi-sweet table white wine is made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Eastern Georgia. The white wine “Alazani Valley” is characterized by a light straw color, pleasant, pronounced fruit tones, mild sweetness, and balanced acidity. It has a pleasant, subtle taste. It is recommended to be served with fruit, dessert, ice cream, and biscuits at a temperature of 10 °C to 12 °C.

Rose

The Pink (Rose), semi-sweet wine is obtained from Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, and Mtsvane grape varieties grown in Georgia. “Vardisferi” wine is characterized by a pink-peach color, delicate, gentle peach and floral tones; an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity; and a harmonious taste that lingers after tasting. It is recommended with salads, sausages, oriental dishes, fruits, and desserts at a temperature of 15 °C–16 °C.

Saperavi

An outstanding dry red table wine is obtained from Saperavi grapes grown in Eastern Georgia. The wine has a dark cherry color and aromas of ripe cherries and black currants, with hints of wild berries. It is full-bodied and highly extracted. It is recommended to be served with veal, lamb, pork barbecue, stew, and various types of cheese, at a temperature of 16°C-18°C.

Mukuzani

A designation of origin-controlled dry red wine of the highest quality is produced from the Saperavi grape variety, which is grown in the Mukuzani microzone of the Kakheti region in Eastern Georgia. The wine “Mukuzani” is characterized by a dark pomegranate color, an aroma of spices and pepper, intense oak tones, balanced acidity, high extractability, and a varietal distinctive aroma. It is recommended to be served with game, lamb, and pork barbecue, Jigri Kaurma, roasted pig, meat dishes, and expensive cheeses, at a temperature of 16°C-18°C.

Kindzmarauli

Naturally semi-sweet red wine of the highest quality with the controlled designation of origin is made from grapes of the Saperavi variety grown in the Kindzmarauli microzone in the Kakheti region, Kvareli, Eastern Georgia. “Kindzmarauli” wine is characterized by its pomegranate color, the rich, diverse aroma of black currant, ripe berries, a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a strong, harmonious taste. It is recommended to be served not only with red fruits and fruit cakes but also with meat dishes prepared with sweet sauce, fruit, and cheese, at a temperature of 16°C-18°C.

Khvanchkara

Naturally semi-sweet red wine of the highest quality with the controlled designation of origin is obtained from Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli grape varieties grown in the Kvanchkari microzone in the Racha-Lechkhumi region. “Khvanchkara” wine is characterized by a dark ruby color, a well-defined varietal aroma, a strong aroma of raspberry and pomegranate, and a long-lasting flavor. It is recommended to be served with fruits, dried fruits, felamushi, churchkhela, and raisins, at a temperature of 15°C-18°C.

Alazani Valley, Red

The red, semi-sweet wine is made from Saperavi grapes grown in eastern Georgia. “Alazani Valley” red wine is characterized by a ruby color, cheerful tones of berries and red fruits, and a harmonious, refined, long-lasting taste. It is recommended to be served with dessert dishes, fruit, dessert, Tatara, and Churchkhela, at a temperature of 16°C-18°C.

Pirosmani, Red

Red semi-dry wine is made from Saperavi grapes from the Kakheti region. Slightly sweet, with distinctly cheerful undertones and a balanced, refined, long aftertaste. Naturally semi-sweet red wine of the highest quality controlled designation of origin is made from grapes of the Saperavi variety grown in the microzone of Akhashni in the Kakheti region, Gurjaani, Eastern Georgia. “Akhasheni” wine is characterized by a dark pomegranate color, is highly extracted, has a strong, pleasant bouquet and aroma (berries, currants, cherries), and a harmonious, gentle taste. It is recommended to be served with cakes, as well as with meat dishes prepared with sweet sauce, fruit, and cheese, at a temperature of 16°C-18°C.
